YOGA NIDRA
GUIDED DEEP RELAXATION.
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice designed to bring you into a state of conscious relaxation. While resting comfortably in savasana (lying down), you’ll be gently led through body scans, breath awareness, and visualization techniques that guide you into the space between wakefulness and sleep.
This practice helps reduce stress, improve sleep, calm the nervous system, and access a profound sense of peace and clarity — all without needing to move.
✺ Perfect for: All levels, including those recovering from stress, anxiety, insomnia, or burnout. No yoga experience necessary.
✺ What to expect: Minimal movement, lots of stillness, and a quiet, introspective atmosphere. Most of the class is spent lying down in supported rest.
