YIN
STILLNESS. DEPTH. INNER AWARENESS.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative, yet challenging practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body — ligaments, joints, and fascia — through long-held, passive poses. Most postures are done seated or lying down and are held for 3–5 minutes or more, allowing time to release tension and open the body gently.
This practice supports flexibility, joint health, and emotional release, while encouraging a calm and centered mind.
✺ Perfect for: All levels, especially those seeking stillness, stress relief, or a complement to more active practices.
✺ What to expect: Quiet, sustained holds with the support of props, guided breath awareness, and space for introspection.
