Tereza Clark

Instructor

Tereza was born in Czechoslovakia and ventured to California in 2001. Growing up on a farm, she was introduced to herbalism by her grandmother - a practice she deepened through formal study and continues today by growing herbs and crafting custom tea blends.

After exploring various occupations and searching for purpose, Tereza experienced a Reiki session in 2015 that awakened her path toward healing. She became a certified Reiki Master/Teacher in both Karuna and Usui Tibetan Reiki.

Yoga followed soon after when she took her very first class at her friend’s house. It was “love at first sight” and she began to practice daily. Two years later in 2019, she became a certified yoga teacher. Her practice deepened through Kundalini yoga, which she encountered during recovery from surgery. It quickly became her main focus, leading her to earn a 500-hour certification. Kundalini yoga continues to be her passion and guiding light for self-healing and spiritual growth.

Today, Tereza integrates herbalism, Reiki, and Kundalini yoga into a holistic approach to healing. Her work is intuitive and rooted in nature, helping others reconnect with themselves and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.

When not teaching or crafting teas, Tereza enjoys spending time with her two daughters, playing gongs, reading, gardening, hiking, making art, and rock climbing
