Mika Feli
Instructor
Mika has been practicing different styles of yoga for the last ten years and she is a 200-hour registered Yoga teacher.
With an international background in humanitarian emergencies and ethics studies, she is particularly passionate about Yoga philosophy and the transformative role of Yoga in healing individuals and building communities.
In her offering, she invites students to become aware of their bodies, breath and thoughts patterns towards self-reflection, acceptance and growth. Sharing the wisdom of Yoga philosophy and focusing on alignment, she aims at building safe spaces to explore, relax and flourish.
Off the mat, she enjoys spending time with her dog and cat and study philosophy. She holds an MBA and she worked for international nonprofit organizations in several countries in Asia and Africa. She strongly believes that Yoga works across cultures and demographics and encourages to cultivate a sense of equanimity and balance. The self-study journey begins with dedication and awareness, and this is what Mika’s classes are about.
