COURTNEY ELLIOT
INSTRUCTOR
Courtney was born and raised in California and has lived in Ventura since 2017. From a very young age she has been passionate about helping others, teaching, and teamwork. In 2017 her journey with yoga began as a physical practice which very soon turned into a practice for healing, balance, and mind, body, spirit connection.
She was trained right here in Camarillo in various yoga styles, meditation, breathwork, and trauma-informed yoga. Her teaching blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and inner inquiry—offering space for both physical strength and emotional stillness. She believes yoga is for every body, and her classes are designed to be accessible, inclusive, and deeply grounding.
Courtney has also earned degrees in Human Development and Special Education from Azusa Pacific University, where she also obtained two teaching credentials. Additionally, she completed her certification in Mobility 101 through the Ready State.
She believes in the value of a conscious and positive connection between mind, body and spirit. It has been her passion to teach, serve, and love others. She has found a love for coaching and helping clients move safely, become stronger, and participate in movements that benefit their unique bodies and minds. She truly enjoys helping clients and watching them grow in strength and confidence.
